Ephesians 1:3 – “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.” You must praise Him every day of your life. You have a reason to praise Him all the time as a Christian because you have blessings that many are deprived of. These are undeserved blessings – you receive them by grace. When you say, ‘Why is God allowing this to happen?’ – You must not forget the mercy that God has poured upon your life. Mercy is the opposite of merit. Someone is praying for the blessings you have. You say, ‘Why me of these problems?’ What are you complaining about? Not until you discover the reason to praise Him should you praise Him. You should praise Him all the time - whether good or hard times praise him. Only then will the blessings of God flow in your life. So, allow the blessings of God to flow in your life by cultivating the habit for finding reasons to praise God.
