Have you looked at yourself yet as son or daughter of love? You must let love lead you through your good times and hard times. God Almighty gives us all a clear picture of what love is in 1 Corinthians 13: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable, it keeps no record of being wronged; it does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance”. God is love and the fountain of perfection. Every time we are faced with persecution, name-calling, false accusations, intimidation, or campaigns of calumny, let us remember Jesus Christ, the author of love, who came to earth to show love. He was rejected, slandered, and ignored, but that did not stop Him from continuing to show His Father's love, even to the end when He said, "Father forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing! Thus, whenever you give or show unconditional love to others, you are like your Father in Heaven; who makes his sun to shine on the evil and the good, and sends his rain on the just and unjust.
